I admit it. I didn’t believe it. I didn’t really think the hora would last half an hour. I didn’t think it would be as insane as it was. I didn’t. And I was wrong. So, so wrong. And that party, that night, from the hora on – that said it all to me. I remember at one point, I heard Emily say “I have to go dance! I love this song!” as she dashed to the dance floor to join Dave. It didn’t matter that it was just the two of them. That she had just gotten back to her table, as the song kicked in. That there was plenty more to come. All that mattered was being there, living it, loving it, and being together. That’s the sort of wedding it was.
